Description: Rare John Buxton - Sheffield - Cast Steel 16" Brass Backed Back Saw 1850-1860ish. Brass split nut fasteners. Used antique un-reconditioned in pretty good shape considering age. Some pitting, scratches, rust, patina, etc. See pictures for best description of condition. Handle to intact and in pretty good shape. Has W.Lord imprinted on it and is slightly loose.
