Rare NORITAKE 1920's MAGENTA Pierced Handle CAKE PLATE - Gold Trim - EUC

Description: A lovely gold-rimmed, pierced handled cake plate in Noritake's long-discontinued Magenta pattern, which was introduced in 1912. The backstamp on this piece is from the 1920s. The gold rim is still bright and full, with a few small signs of wear. There are a couple shallow scratches on the surface of the plate, as you would expect with a serving dish that was used. The plate has obviously been well taken care of. About 9 1/2 inches in diameter. Hand wash only. Never put gold trimmed dishes in the microwave. Please examine the photos carefully.
