Description: For sale is a used Rare South Bend 10 K Gap Bed Lathe with a 4-1/2' Bed. The bed is in nice condition other than 1 small nick. Overall, the machine runs nice, will need to be cleaned and oiled, has minor surface rust in a few spots. As you can see, the apron is offset for this type of lathe. The cabinet is NOT original. Includes tooling seen in pics. The steady rest and follow rest were originally for a 9" lathe. They have been modified to accommodate this lathe. They both line up as they should.
