Charley creates both traditional and contemporary work and his handcrafted designs are often inspired by fish, dragonflies and other animals and traditional Navajo designs. This is an impressive Navajo silver magnifying glass. This incredible piece contains a beautiful magnifying glass that is completely surrounded with outstanding silver works. The silver works include stampings, , dotted works and a handle with more fascinating silver works. Resting at the bottom of the handle is a large two oval shaped coral stone with turquoise stone, The intricacy of this magnifying glass is incredible and so beautiful. The center stone measures around 1/2" x 1/4". Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, Lee Charley . These are one of a kind pieces. The magnifying glasses 3” x 3”. The handle is 3 1/4” long by 1/2” wide on bottom measurement across by 1/8” thick by side. Top turquoise stone, is 5 mm wide by 12 mm length 7 cts oval stone. Coral stone is 5 mm wide 15 mm 12 cts. in length 2nd coral is 7 mm wide by 17 mm 15 cts length.
