Description: RARE VTG VOLKSWAGEN KARMANN GHIA Convertible TIN TOY FRICTION~BANDAI JAPAN ~1956 Click images to enlarge Description Vintage Bandai Japan "Automobiles of the World" series tin toy VW Karmann ghia Convertible in a light metallic green with red, blue brown, yellow and black interior. From 1956 (which I researched online), this vintage toy is an accurate representation of the early low light body style. Made in Japan as stated on bottom, it is marked Bandai, a sign of quality. Very rare in this pristine condition and this color combination. It has been stored away for years. It measures 7.5" long and 2" tall. The friction function seems to be working well. Check the photos carefully. It is in excellent condition but does have a few dings and scratches. Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail with insurance and based on your zip code.
