The three included baffle plates can be used to divide the tank into distinct sections for filter socks, a refugium or equipment like protein skimmers or reactors, a bubble trap and your return pump. To measure the inside, use calipers or trim a dowel rod or rigid piece of cardboard until it fits between the front and back glass of the tank while parallel to the bottom.
