Product Description Remifemin Sleep Directions To relieve restlessness: 2 x Sleep by Remifemin tablets with water, 2 3 times daily. To relieve sleeplessness: 2 x Sleep by Remifemin tablets with water 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime. Ingredients Maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, purified talc, povidone, copovidone, sucrose (saccharose), tianium dioxide (E171), maize starch, liquid glucose, carnauba wax, white beeswax, shellac, carmellose sodium (carboxymethylcellulose sodium), polysorbate 80, indigo carmine (E132). Contains sugars. Each tablet contains: Valeriana officinalis ext. dry conc. 75mg from dried root 412.5mg, Humulus lupulus ext. dry conc. 23 mg from dried fruit 138mg. Warnings ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. Do not take Sleep by Remifemin if you are allergic to the active ingredients Valeriana officinalis (Valerian), Humulus lupulus (Hops) or to any of the ingredients listed.
