The Malaysian $1000 Ringgit is a rare note today, as the impressive face value forced their redemption in the late 1990s during the Asian Financial Crisis. It is important to mention that all $1000 notes issued from 1967 to 1976 feature the A/1 prefix, which indicates how few of these banknotes were printed. An authentic note that this note replicates sold for 4,200 GBP and was in way worse condition. This note is unattainable for most but this reproduction is the next best thing available which is perfect to display in your home or add to your binder etc. All of these notes go under digital restoration of some kind.
