At 16" the back will still have a 3" dangling chain with pearl. Shown on a 15" form. Now no one has ever referred to me as skinny and this choker fits me at 14" so I'd have to say it will fit most necks. Handmade incorporating a vintage chain, Avon forget me not locket and grey pearl bead. Light lilac pearls hand stitched to the lace.
