Preparation: Use boiled water at body temperature to prepare the douching liquid. Fill the bottle with 500 ml of wash solution. Screw the douche nozzle onto the bottle. 2. Placement: Whenever possible, washes should be done in a supine position, preferably in an empty tub, or in a standing position, such as over a sink. In all cases, washes should be done in a safe and stable position, for example using a non-slip mat. Flushing can also be done in a sitting position on a bidet or toilet bowl. Carefully insert the tip of the douche into the vagina, as deeply as possible. 3. Washing: The bottle is held with both hands, thumbs placed on the cap next to the douche nozzle.
