Description: Roseville Vintage Pottery Pine Cone Ewer/Pitcher, Shape 851-15, Blue Tall, elegant ewer or pitcher with an interesting branch handle. The design features small pine cones and curved pine needles attached to bark-textured branches against a smooth background. Royal blue body with areas of speckled blue over tan, melding into a deep royal blue base. Frosted brown interior on the inside of the spout. Middle Period, introduced 1935.Condition: Factory glaze skip on side of vase, smooth edges, not a chip, with a few tiny glaze bubbles below it. A few scuffs to the darker glaze at the bottom. A pinhead sized nick to the edge of the unglazed base ring, not noticeable when displayed. No other chips, cracks or repairs. No crazing observed. Marks: Impressed Roseville 851-15".
