Description: Up for sale today is a used 2012 RYOBI Leaf Blower Model RY-0995A 26cc complete Gasoline Engine parts only (see photos). I purchased this leaf blower new and it functioned flawlessly for many years. It then developed a low rattle noise that sounded like a loose small screw or nut behind the flywheel. I took the side panel off but then struggled with how to keep the engine from turning over while trying to get the nut off the flywheel. At the same time I also owned a very strong SKIL Electric Leaf Blower that sufficed for my yard work so I temporarily set the RYOBI aside until I could devote the necessary time to resolve the rattle issue. Unfortunately, a family member “helping” to clean up and organize my shop while I was having surgery assumed the disassembled RYOBI set aside was destined for the dumpster so he discarded the side panel and blower tubes in my absence. Bottom line the engine was performing perfectly before I disassembled the unit so since I no longer have the side panel and the blower tubes I have to list it as parts only.
