These wonderful buttons have been underpainted in a a transparent paint adding to the whimsical look. These two hole large buttons measure just under an inch. These are from the 20's. You will absolutely love these buttons. They were taken off a badly deteriorated card and sewn to a card that was reproduced from the early 1900's. These buttons originally came on a card of 24 that was designed for the Haute Couture clothing industry. These have never been used or been in circulation before. They were manufactured for sale in the early 1900’s. I purchased them from a family member of the original business owners in Europe that had them in storage since WW11. These are wonderful pieces of history that can only add to your crafting projects. These buttons have been stored since the 1940’s so time has stood still for them and they are in new condition. These beautiful glass gems would add a touch of history and beauty to any project whether it is used for sewing or jewelry. They really are fantastic. Don’t miss out on these.
