Description: Shiitake double extraction tincture. Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) are not only a gourmet delicacy. They are packed with vitamins B and D and offer a host of health benefits. Ingesting shiitake mushrooms in tincture form lets you reap these benefits without having to cook and eat a ton of mushrooms every day! I make my tinctures from shiitake mushrooms that I grow myself. I grow without chemicals or pesticides and harvest at optimal maturity to ensure a fresh and potent tincture. Some of the medicinal compounds of shiitake mushrooms need to be extracted using alcohol, and some need to be extracted using water. Both alcohol and water extractions were used to make this tincture, making it a double extraction tincture that contains both the alcohol-soluble and water-soluble medicinal properties of shiitake mushrooms. Available in 1 oz, 2 oz and 4 oz dropper bottles. Suggested dose is 1-3 dropperfuls per day. One dropperful is 1 squeeze of the rubber bulb regardless of the size of the glass part. The droppers have different size glass parts for different size bottles, but the rubber bulbs are the same size. A dropperful will not actually fill the glass part.
