These are solid aluminum, and are the highest quality, best performing pliers available - anywhere! German made, with carbide cutting wheels, these pliers allow you to nip up glass, tiles, shells, pottery, etc. into small pieces for use in mosaic or stained glass projects. Officially, these are the Bohle/Silberschnitt Zag Zag Glass Nibbling Pliers - model BO-701.0. The lightweight aluminum spring-loaded handles allow easy use with reduced fatigue. Also includes a removable splinter bag designed to catch the pieces of glass/tile as they're nipped off (instead of shooting across the room!).
