This chronograph version, with a black dial, subtle orangish red accents (for the chronograph functionality) and both Tacymeter / Pulsometer scales, is among their most premium offerings. And this mechanical, automatic ("Automatik" in German!) movement chronograph with a wonderful exhibition caseback is probably the most iconic references while still being fairlyrare to see or purchase in the wild. The condition of this watch is as follows: Pre-owned in excellent condition. I would rate this cool timepiece at 97%+ with the most evident areas of wear being normal desk diving on the clasp for instance. With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch include: 1. This watch is medium-to-large at 41mm and works well on medium to large wrists. It brings a nice slightly retro racing or sporting look and I can recommend this watch for somebody with a wrist size of 6+1/2 inches in circumference and larger. I have an average size wrist and this watch works well on my wrist. This will fit up to about an 8 inch wrist with ease and great proportions.2. This is peculiar watch that makes a modern slightly oversized "Sporting European Tough Guy" kind of statement. This watch is made for casual times and is pretty much perfect with a black leather jacket, a black, grey or white t-shirt and jeans look or for going out to a cool club, bar or restaurant. It certainly can work for business occassions but with the size, chronograph and strong wrist presence I think it is better suited for a more casual work environment. Evening, Friday, Saturday and Sunday is more the vibe for this one. 3. The bead blasted case with a kind of lug-less design comes across as matte and serious and classic! This timepiece channels the classic Porsche 928 "serious yet seductive" design ethos. 4. Highlights on this one include the interesting and masculine dial --- the classic chronograph registers, the slightly retro dial design and the wonderful integrated and complex bracelet. It is immediately recognizeable as a Sinn. 5. Tremendous value in automatic chronograph watch making here. German made in the very serious city of Frankfurt (financial capital of Germany), stylish and striking. They also managed to include a dial color-matched day and date complication on the dial and everything looks wonderfully well proportioned and stylish. The Valjoux 7750 workhorse Swiss automatic chonograph means reliability and serviceability for the owner as they enjoy this timepiece for many years. 6. 200 meter water resistance and nicely lumed hands give you functionality in or around water or into the evening. Or into the evening water. Nice to see a chronograph with a 200m water resistance. Nicely engineered and durable for whatever conditions you find yourself in. Check out the lume shot photos (the last three pictures)! I tried to show the lume after a quick outdoor charge of light for about a minute and then in normal interior lighting, transitioning in a hall way and then in full dark using a closet. 7. Flipping this one over and you get a look into the automatic mechanical wizardry of the movement. Unexpected and great value that you can appreciate versus keeping the goods under a boring, plain caseback. 8. Sinn is of course legendary for high-quality and tremendous value. This chronograph timepiece is squarely in their "wheelhouse" of what they do exceptionally well. This watch often generates conversations and is immediately recognizeable as a luxury timepiece though in kind of a stealthy, retro-cool kind of way. It is a substantial watch that one feels on their wrist and similarly one feels that they are wearing a timepiece costing double what I am asking. 8. Additional, complete "full set" collateral --- boxing, paperwork, tool --- as noted in the "everything picture" rounds out this listing. We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you). Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside).
