Description: Snoopy and Friends Plastic Container w Chop Sticks Bento Box - JAPAN 1960s - Mint in Original Package This fun, hard-to-find kit was produced in Japan in the 1960s and sold in the USA by Determined Products, Inc. of San Francisco. A paper sticker on the underside of the box indicates a 1958 copyright for United Features Syndicate, Inc. Box lid is copyrighted 1950, 1958 and 1960. Chopsticks feature the 1958 copyright date and are neatly packaged inside a special compartment on the lid. Charlie Brown, Lucy and Snoopy are pictured on the box lid. Package has never been opened, but inside is an adjustable compartment. The lid features a sliding door covering a compartment for the included chopsticks. Box measures 4-1/2" x 6-1/2" x 1-3/4". Excellent condition with original packaging great for the vintage Snoopy and Peanuts collector, or use it for your Japanese cuisine lunch!
