Repeat on lower lip. Keep your lips parted until the color is dry (about 10-15 seconds). 2. Repeat- this is your second layer of LipSense. Keep your lips parted until the color is dry (about 10-15 seconds). 3. Repeat- this is your third and final layer of LipSense. Keep your lips parted until the color is dry (about 10-15 seconds). 4. Apply LipSense Gloss. The Shea butter in LipSense Gloss will help to restore moisture and tingling should subside with regular use.
