Description: Vintage Edge Brand 469 Rhino Bowie Knife from Solingen German, with Stag Handle. 8" blade and 13.5" overall. Leather sheath has been covered in a handmade buckskin fringed sheath - this came from the estate of a period knife collector. Inscribed on one side of knife: "BOWIE " EDGE MARK SOLINGEN GERMANY Other side of knife marked 469. The blade is in excellent condition - see pictures.
