Inc. is written on one of the tool scales. This pocket tool has a 2" main drop point blade and 3 additional tools: scissors, screwdriver, and file. Scales are yellow-gold faux mother-of-pearl (plastic). Tool is functioning well but the nail file blade is showing some signs of tarnishing and some of the lettering on the scale is looking thin. Nice tool however!
