SONY Betamax BE-V50 Video Cassette Eraser Rewinder - PARTS / REPAIR

Description: Offered is a Sony Betamax Tape Eraser / Rewinder model BE-V50 with original OEM Sony AC-50W AC Adaptor - Made In Japan - DOES NOT WORK LISTED FOR PARTS / REPAIR. Condition is for PARTS / REPAIR because it will not power on with the AC adaptor or with batteries. Also, tested with a generic multi voltage AC adaptor and it did not work. Otherwise - the unit is clean, the battery compartment is clean and corrosion free, battery cover slides on/off/locks in place as it should, the cover is crack free, the side hinge tabs are complete and not broken. There is some adhesive residue on the inside right side - can be seen in the images. I did remove the bottom to check the belt and see if there was anything obvious - inside is clean - see image. The belt was stuck to the pulley so when I checked it, it broke off so the belt will need to be replaced. Including the belt so you have something for reference on the size required. Does include the original AC power adaptor as seen in the images. This is actually a somewhat rare Sony Betamax accessory so thinking it is worthy to list for someone with the knowhow to get it up and running.
