Soup tureen with Lid, serving platter, gold handles, Ceramic, movie prop

Description: This soup tureen and serving platter was made in ceramics class back in the 1990s. It is not as beautiful as it appears in pictures, but I thought perhaps a TV show or Stage play prop master would like something like this to serve fancy food and it's not as expensive as the real thing. This was made by a home hobbyist in Ceramics class.You get the tureen, lid and the serving platter for this price. The Tureen is about 3.5" deep (depending on if you measure in the center or along the sides of the inside bottom, as there is a small hump in the center of the tureen.It is about 6" wide across the top at the lip (open area)It's about 9" wide across the top from handle to handle.It's about 5" at the base (bottom)It stands about 6" tall from base to top of Handle of lid. It will hold liquid. It is not cracked or broken. One can put soup or stew in it. Note: The serving tray for cookies, a cake, or small sandwiches is NOT a tray to hold the Tureen on. It will slide off causing the Tureen to break. These are 2 separate items (one includes the lid). Please examine the photographs carefully as they are part of the condition and description of the item. This item comes from a Smoke free home. I try to clean all items before selling. If there is a reason to not clean it, I will tell you. (We do have a pet cat, but he has no access to these items.) IMPORTANT: I have about 60 boxes of everything I own and need to sell. Each box has 10-20 items. Therefore I have over 900 items I need to list on here and don’t have time to take a lot of pictures. If you need more, please ask me to send you some. I am listing nearly everything I own as I am elderly and no longer need these items. Many items were wedding gifts that have been in my attic or in storage from 40 or more years ago. Some items belonged to my great- grandmother. Some are more recent items of mine from my home. --Some items belong to friends and neighbors who have asked me to sell the items for them.
