If your truck is an 05 model you may not have the G56 Transmission. If your transmission housing is made of Aluminum you have a G56. If it is steel you have an NV5600 trans and this will not fit. (Contact Us for Correct Clutch Kit)There are no special requirements for installation. Unique pressure plate design ensures an almost identical to stock pedal feel and reaction. At idle and engagement this unit may be a little more noisy than a stock unit, however this is normal and should be expected.
