Description: This listing is for 5 Spalted Maple blanks as represented in the photos. These are all sized at 2" x 2" x 6". THE BLANKS IN THE PHOTOS ARE SAMPLES OF WHAT QUALITY TO EXPECT. I have hundreds of these blanks available in this grade of spalt. These spalted Maple blanks will all feature blackline spalt figure and colors throughout. These blanks are not stabilized. They are very firm, but small soft spots may be found within, as is the case with most any spalted wood. Stabilize if you feel the need. These would ideal for call blank turning, other woodturning projects, knife making and many other types of crafting dimensions will allow. These blanks are all dry and ready to use. These blanks may have small cracks, voids and/or soft spots found within which is unavoidable when working with spalted and burled woods.
