Spiratone REFLEX 500mm F/8 Catadioptic MIRROR Lens with M42 Screw Mount

Description: Here's a Cool SLR Camera Lens--- a Catadioptic Reflex lens made by Spiratone--- a 500mm f:8 (fixed aperture) Telephoto in Universal M42 Screw mount--- which is usable on some of the newer Digital Mirrorless cameras. It operates like a mini-telescope--- the image bounces off of two mirrors inside for an effective focal length of 500mm, in a much shorter length. It can be used on a Film or Digital SLR body with the right mount---- the mount screws off and included is a Pentax Universal Screw mount. GREAT for shooting wildlife, sports, the moon, or just spying on the neighbors. It's in Good Condition--- the glass is fairly Clean---- nice front and back surfaces, but I can see a faint bit of haze inside---- not like super foggy but there is a softness. And there are a few specs of dust.... but I doubt they would cause anything too detrimental. If you have a wide lens-retaining-ring wrench, you can probably get in there and clean it if it bothers you. So it's Not 100% mint, but it's usable. The Exterior has pretty much very little blemishes or paint wear. The focus is smooth and it should shoot well, although I have not tested it. Comes with front & back caps and a Soft Pouch.
