The lug cover is attached and functional in its ability to hinge but has some chips taken off the corners making it unable to bolt down, and there is a crack on the top right next to the hinge. The Ground Bar Adapters model number is not legible due to scratches across that area. Notes: This panelboard interior was removed from a panel that was mounted inside a wall of a building that was being demolished.
