This conversion kit allows Slash 4x4 owners to take advantage of the 3 lbs+ weight difference versus conventional 1/8th E-buggy and keep using the 2S Lipo/550 motor setup they already have. No need to invest in a 1/8th specific ESC/Motor combo or 4S+ LiPo! This machine is fast enough using a 2S/550 setup, with a great power-band and usable horsepower.
