Description: This is a gorgeous sterling silver hand made ring. It is a HUGE piece. I am not certain what the gemstone is. The ring is about a size 9 but the band does make it somewhat adjustable. The face is about 2 1/8th inches tall. It is stamped Handmade Sterling. This is in very wonderful pre-owned condition however I did not risk cleaning it as I don't want to harm the stone.
