Description: Offering a NEW SUDBERRY HOUSE Shaker Box that is constructed of a hardwood veneer. This was Made in New England at a Historic Water-Powered Mill. Unlike the other Shaker Box I currently have listed, this has NO STAMP on the inside base. This is BRAND NEW WITHOUT the original factory wrap. The Mounting Board is included underneath the top paper label, as is the informational insert about Frye's Measure Mill. There is an area of damage from previous ownership which I believe can be easily fixed: the top band is missing it's last brass nailhead and the veneer is slightly loose. If you are handy, I believe this can be reglued and a new brass tack applied. Also worth noting, as demonstrated in photos, you can see a fine line where varnish was not applied along the veneer wrap. This is ORIGINAL to the Shaker Box creation and not a flaw due to previous ownership. There are two small pieces of something stuck to the side, as well as spotting to the top paper label; both are demonstrated in photos. Regardless of these flaws, this has never been used. With a little patience and love, this can be restored to its original condition. This measures approximately 7 1/2" in diameter, 4.5" in height and weighs approximately 1.1 lbs. This comes from a smoke free home. PLEASE NOTE: I do my very best to describe all items very carefully.
