Descriptiion: All three of these 'Crystal In Flight 'series items were designed by a team of artists, released in 1985, and retired in 1988. All three were U.S. and Canada Issue Only items, and each sold separately by Swarovski before being retired. This Very Rare Complete 3 Piece Set includes the 'Crystal In Flight' Gold Hummingbird, Gold Bee, and Gold Butterfly described more specifically as follows: Hummingbird: Item # 7552NR100. This beautiful Hummingbird has wings accented in gold, with Clear and Green crystal stones embedded in each wing, and Clear crystal stones in the center of the faceted Clear crystal double pedaled flower base. Size is 4" W x 3 1/2" H. Bee: Item # 7553NR100. This highly sought after Bee has a faceted Clear crystal body with gold plated accents on its head, wings, and legs, with Clear crystal stones embedded in its wings and oval-shaped eyes.The Bee rests on a faceted Clear crystal double pedaled flower base, with Clear crystal stones embedded in the center of the flower. Size is 4" W x 2 1/2" H. Butterfly: Item # 7551NR100. This gorgeous faceted Clear crystal Butterfly has wings accented in gold with embedded Clear crystal stones, and rests on a faceted Clear crystal flower base with Gold crystal stones in the center of the flower. When it was retired, this Butterfly was said to have more crystal stones than any other Swarovski figurine at that time. Size is 4" W x 3 1/2" H.
