It has charcoal gray plates and square D getter. Made in U.S.A. Lettering is 100%. Tested on my TV-7 tube tester, this tube tested 51/51, where the minimum value on the TV-7 is 40/40. Athough this tube's guide pin was broken but it won't affect the beautiful sound it produces. A reading of 40/40 would represent a minimum recommended value and the minimum is equal to 65% of the life of the tube. Please see pictures for more details.
