Description: This Chemglass OptiChem MST Basic S21 Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer w/ ECT is in fair cosmetic condition with signs of use. The stirrer and ECT controller have scuffs and scratches present, as well as staining. The ECT controller has a number of scratches on the screen as shown. There is also damage to the ECT cable insulation. I was able to power on this unit and it was responsive to control adjustments. The unit was able to stir as expected, and was able to heat according to the ECT controller. I do not have the knowledge or equipment to fully test this unit, so it is sold As-Is.
