Description: This MDC 6.75" CF Conflat Vacuum Chamber w/ Perkin Elmer Ion Pump is in good to fair cosmetic condition with signs of use. This unit has scuffs and scratches present, as well as some staining. The vacuum chamber features 6.75" CF conflat flanges on each side; one side has a viewing window and the other side has 8 BNC connectors, 4 gas connections, and a 2.75" CF flange. There is a four way cross connected with 2.75" CF flanges, that attach the Perkin Elmer ion pump, as well as an MDC IV-150 valve and Granville-Phillip 275196 convectron gauge.
