There are no cutout marks of any kind. The loose-style shrink is torn in four places, as shown in the photos, above. Please feel free to ask any questions. This will be carefully packed between solid cardboard on both sides of the album, then placed in a record mailer, making a total of two pieces of cardboard on either side for safety in the mail.
