Description: I bought this unit from LAMINATOR.COM and it does NOT cut lines that are straight to the eye. I tried working w/ Tamerica while they suggested using different hole tightening patterns of the blade's 9 screws and making test cuts. Ultimately they suggested I use a blade tightening pattern using 4 or 5 of the 9 screws in order to get a cut that was as close as possible to straight. This gets cuts that are pretty straight. (FYI: Both TAMERICA AND LAMINATOR.COM suggested this was an acceptable solution and that the problem was therefore me. TAMERICA also indicated that I should have bought a more expensive machine if I want straight cuts. And both LAMINATOR.COM and TAMERICA have vilified me for my efforts to try to make the product cut lines visibly straight and to return the item since we were unable to do so. They have claimed that the unit is NOT defective EVEN WHILE RECOGNIZING ATTEMPTS TO GET IT TO CUT STRAIGHT LINES. Yep. True. A stack cutter that their own employees recognize is not cutting a straight line is NOT defective in their eyes.)
