Description: First things first. I know nothing about these but I will do the best I can. Teddy Ruxpin talking bear from 1985 I believe. The bear is in a rough box as you can see. it contains the instructions, a pamphlet, and two hard covered books. It has one cassette tape titled " The Airship". The bear is in real nice shape and very clean overall. The hair on the top of his head is a little flattened from years of storage in the box. I inserted the tape and batteries and turned him on and all seemed to work fine. Speaks good and the animation works as designed. His mouth and eyes move as designed as he tells his story. The weird thing is if I reverse the tape it talks fine but the animated movements stop. One side of the tape works perfect and one side only talks. No idea why. A great addition to any collection for sure. Thanks for looking.
