Description: PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!....Nice 5" tall "Pizza Tossin' Raphael" action figure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) series of action figures made by Playmates and dated 1994. He comes still sealed on his original blister packed card. The packaging on this figure is in overall excellent shape with a little light edge/corner wear, a small dent on the top left corner of the blister and a dent on the "bump-out" piece of the blister on the bottom. There is a "Domino's Pizza" special offer sticker still attached to the outside bottom right corner of the blister. See the several pics I have attached to get a better idea on the overall excellent condition of this piece.
