I'm not a professional grader, but I would say its condition is Near Mint- (9.2). The book has 3-4 minor visible spine stresses on the front that vary in size from 1/8"-1/4" (see attached pictures). The back spine 3-4 visible spine stresses between 1/8"-1/4". Very slight edge wear on the back bottom edge. Corners look good. Shipping within the US is $5.75.
