Description: This is a really amazing, authentic piece of original animation art from The Simpsons. This original animation production art piece of Bart Simpson was used in the creation of Season 12 Episode 13 - ‘Day of the Jackanapes’ (episode number 261) of The Simpsons. This episode’s production code is CABF10 and the animation was from Sc193. This is a truly unique pieces that came straight from 20th Century Fox; according to the Simpsons Forever - Cel authentication page, without both the artwork is considered non-issues and not authentic. The original art piece states ‘This is for Sideshowbob’ as Bart was hypnotized by Sideshowbob and told to take out Krusty the Clown and before Bart shoots, he says “this is for Sideshowbob”. I found the scene from the episode and included it as a photo. Original art piece is accompanied by the 20th Century Fox - Original Animation Artwork Seal #C1356 and also has the original COA that came with it. Comes framed and matted. Frame is approximately 26”x24” and the piece of art is 12”x10”. A family friend received this between 2000 and 2001 when the episode aired from while working there. Comes in a custom frame from 20th Century Fox, however, over the years the piece has slide down in the frame, but can easily be replaced, I just never opened the back of the frame.
