No rips or tears and binding is in very good condition. It was published in 1920 by Grosset & Dunlap. Author is Arthur Scott Bailey. Pages have yellowed with age. No jacket but the front cover of the jacket is included (see picture). Inscription written on inside of front cover. No other writing or marks in the book except for one finger smudge on page 30 (see picture). Slight discoloration on front and back cover of book (see pictures). Rough edge on outside bottom of some pages (see picture). This book measures 7" x 5" x 0.5" and has 114 pages. This is a charming children's story and great collectible book! And remember that crickets are supposed to bring good luck!
