A really cool part about finding the set is that it came with the certificate signed by grandparents who gave this set as a gift on Christmas to their grandson in the year 1967 This certificate makes this set even more of a treasure for people who enjoy finding old book sets with a history. I inspected this set carefully, and all of the bindings are tight and the pages are clean minus the flaws mentioned below. There are MANY pages filled with COLORFUL ILLUSTRATIONS. It’s one of the best sets of encyclopedias that I’ve come across. SPECIAL FINDS: Inside book 17: there is a napkin with an old leaf. 🍁 Inside book 11: there is a certificate, presenting this encyclopedia set to a grandson date in 1967 Measurements and pictures The spine thickness of each book varies. FLAWS 1.book Ci-Cz unfortunately has some pieces of pages 715 through 719 cut out. Check the photos. 2.book 11 also has one page where there’s parts missing. Check the photo (page 372). *some pencil markings on a few pages as well *found a few pages that look like they were wet at one point (check last photo) Photos are part of the description.
