Included is a 50" section of green (medium resistance} tubing, a 36" red (medium light resistance) flat band, and a 36" blue (medium heavy resistance) flat bands. Lots of ways to use these, either by themselves or combined for rehab work, warm-up before your regular workout or as a workout by themselves. An imagination special. Do not overstretch the bands beyond factory recommended range (1.5x overall length).
