The Three Bears Vintage Crib Sheet & Pillow Case Pattern

Description: This is a copy of the original pattern Pattern includes Design A which is 6-1/2" high and pillow case motif 4-1/2" high, Design B 5-5/8" high and pillow case motif 4-1/2" high. Pattern includes design for patch pieces. Bedtime story, illustrated in colors (shown in the photo above). The three bears in applique and embroidery, and for each there is a corresponding pillow motif. The applique and embroidery are of the simplest kind. A ready-made sheet and pillow case can be used for design A, as applique fits above the hem, or you can make your own. For design B, making the sheet is advised and a ready made pillow case can be used. You'll need a transfer pen or pencil. Sulky makes a very nice transfer pen that can be purchased at most craft/fabric stores or online. With the pen, outline the pattern, flip it over and iron onto your fabric. You can usually get several uses with the designs once they're outlined. If you've never used a transfer pen, they're fun and very easy to use.
