Our Comic Books Our comics are carefully evaluated before sale and we try to grade them as honestly as possible. Due to the amount of merchandise we sell on ebay, we adhere to a more simplified grading scale. For comics, it is as follows: Brand New – Comic is flawless and comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factory bag or packaging. Some hardcovers or trade paperbacks might not be sealed but they will be new and unread. Like New – Comic is near flawless, with white pages and glossy cover. There might be very minute signs of wear, but they will be barely noticeable. Very Good – Comic has some visible flaw or flaws, but will still be in very nice condition. There might be slight curving or wear on spine. A minor crease or stain. There might be very slight yellowing of pages or the cover might be off center. Good – Comic has obvious signs of wear. May have minor tears or edge wear. Interior may be yellow or faded. But it will still look decent and be readable. Acceptable – Comic has major issues. Tears, creases, stains or edge wear. Interior will be discolored from age and/or faded. There may be marks on the comics, or the staples rusty or coming loose. Comics ship in a protective envelope with a cardboard insert to insure they aren’t bent in transit. ALL OUR COMICS SHIP IN PROTECTIVE BAG WITH BACKER BOARD. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We are not here to make a quick buck. We are here to be an awesome shop.
