Description: Tiny Tim Tomato are one of the original micro tomatoes I grew in pots on our deck. It's an old classic by now but forever fabulous. Easy to grow. Stout and sturdy little plants grow an abundance of small juicy salad tomatoes. Great for fresh eating on a hot day. Latin Name: solanum Days to maturity: 65 - 80 days from transplanting Germination: 7 days Growing information: All tomatoes should be started indoors prior to planting out. They will rapidly grow into very sturdy plants after transplanting outside and will begin producing once they put on some growth. Requires support. Planting depth: 1/8- 1/4 inch. Seed origin: All our seeds are cultivated in Prince Edward Island, Canada, zone 5b and are heirloom, open pollinated, non-hybrid seeds - unless otherwise marked! I grow and save what I love. I really enjoy growing and trying new things. Often I spot an interesting plant, shrub or tree of which I really want just a few seeds to try. Seeds are hand collected and sorted and some smaller seeds may contain some chaff. This does not affect seed count. Seed size may vary; this is especially applicable to larger seeds like beans.
