This was used in the a la carte restaurant on-board Titanic. It is not microwave or dishwasher safe. As you can see it is trimmed in gold on the inside like the authentic VIP cups There are a few flaws in this set. There is some pitting and gold glaze missing on the top of the cup. The saucer has some of the same. They are small specks like a grain of sand. The handle to my eyes seems a little off center. Because of the flaws we are dropping the price from $42.95 to $25.77. That is 40% off. I have been told these are no longer going to be made. So, if you need a spare or a replacement then this would be the time to get it.
