The polished blade and satin frame, both inlaid with carbon fiber, make it almost too beautiful to use but that shouldn't be the case. It's outfitted with a CPM-S35VN stainless steel blade and full 6Al4V titanium liners/backspacer so the bones of the knife are extremely solid. The thick, chunky feeling in the hand might a drawback for some but to us, it reinforces the feeling that this knife can handle the tough tasks and we know those with larger hands will also appreciate this. As usual, the pocket clip is a ceramic ball style reminiscent of all Todd's designs, and the detent ball and bearings are also ceramic for extended life.
