Description: This is an adjustable width bracket assembly composed of 6 steel pieces plus hardware and a drilling template that allows you to mount a NP205 divorced transfer case in just about any frame. It doesn't work with any other case that I am aware of. This is initially designed to convert 1967 to 1979 Ford 2wd trucks to 4wd using a divorced transfer case but really this could be used in just about any frame application. It fits narrow and wider frame Fords as it has adjustable width. Pictured it is on a 1970 F250 2wd. The pictures show the range of width capabilities of this assembly. The part of the bracket that goes into the frame is 5.5" tall Included is a drilling template to allow for accurate and easy drilling. Use the drilling template from the bottom of the frame to mount the case low, or from the top of the frame to mount the case high. The hardware and bushings to mount the case to the bracket are not included. You will want oem style bushings and studs/bolts to mount the case to this bracket. And to be clear- no transfer case is included. That is for illustrative purposes only. This bracket assembly was designed, professionally engineered on Solidworks, parts laser cut, cnc formed, and painted all right here in the USA. This is an excellent quality assembly and the result of a lot of R&D and testing.
