Description: Two vintage Little Bear "I CAN READ" Books, text and picture copyright 1957 & 1961.Little Bear (1957) and Little Bear's Visit (1961) by Else Holmelund Minarik and pictures by Maurice Sendak. Both published by Harper and Row Publishers.Little Bear has some children's coloring on the inside front and back cover pages. Also the name Melissa is written in pencil on the top right side of the inside first page. Little Bear's Visit has two red marks on the inside back cover pages, the name Melissa is also written in pencil on the inside first page (top right hand page). Please see pics for writing. Both books have wear on the spines and on the cardboard covers. Overall in fair to good condition considering their age. Please see pics, I have took detailed pics to show the above condition.
