As standard practice if a listing contains a stamp with color missing, color differences or shade variations, without a certificate I consider them all to be changelings and will identify them as such in the description. Please note that changelings by the accepted definition are not an error they are stamps altered by exposure to moisture, chemicals or sunlight which can change their color or shade. Many collectors of errors consider them to be unworthy of collecting. I however have collected them my entire life and find them fascinating regardless of their origin. I am absolutely amazed by some of them and they along with huge color shifts are the most interesting items in my collection.Terms & Conditions1. TRACKING/INSURANCE SHIPPING POLICYTo keep shipping costs down in general all items under USD $100 are shipped at buyer's risk.
